Physical Well-being

When we talk about physical well-being, we are not talking only of the fitness of the body. physical well-being is a great umbrella under which fitness is also a crucial issue.

Let me some examples, but you better explain at this point.

1. A 35-year-old man. Living in one of the best cities in the world. Trained at the best school has a job, most people can at his age dream of. He is married with two children and a nice house. Big cars, holidays abroad, fancy dinner, partie, etc are part of his routine life.

This man is also very healthy. Do not eat often unhealthy food, drinks, but never beyond its limit, no smoking, no drugs, absolutely no illness. Moreover, he practices every day and also manages the city marathon.

In short, the perfect life!

One day he was crossing the street from his office at the restaurant down the street. He was meeting with his lovely wife for lunch. He saw her and waved with a smile. But it was when he arrived.

He felt a burning pain on his chest with his left hand and he fell in the middle of the busy street. Two hours later, he was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

• Question - What happened? And why?

2. 50 years in the home. Mother of two beautiful children and wife of a businessman. She spent her days doing what made her happy.

Every morning she would go to an orphanage and teach children. Then she meet her friends or members of the foundation who helped run his NGO.After a chit-chat and lunch happy, she would go to her book club or a wine tasting, or one of the many activities they had enrolled. In the evening, she went home to cook a delicious meal for his family. And the day ended with fun and laughter. Perfect!

Two weeks after his 25th wedding anniversary, she fainted at the orphanage and died of a hemorrhage.

• Question - Why? What did not go well? I have a lot of these stories are shocking and mysterious. But the reason why we need to carefully analyze these things for two reasons.
• The two had apparently happy and good life. They were really happy with their world and the people in it.
• Two people are not very different from what we are or want a day.

Now you see why so serious?

In the examples above because the man had a perfect life. But he also had a great job. And no ideal job comes without stress. This was what caused his heart attack. What the woman she had a completely clean medical report, in terms of physical health. But turned her psychiatrist that she was severely depressed because of loneliness and that's why she kept so busy. His run around constantly, take out much for his body.

We got used to leave little fallen into our lives, past, assuming they are not really important. We make a big deal of a heart attack, migraine or hyper-tension. But we seem well with unexplained fatigue, body pain, muscle spasms, unexplained headaches, etc. are for us, these are things day by day.

And frankly, why should they be?. Who has time to take care of life to worry about any papercut?.

BUT.

Would you worry if papercut would not stop bleeding? Would it be enough to get your attention? Or would something like, take the collapse or fainting, only to realize that all is far from well!

physical well-being is that the application of the measure, which gives really good if not a better idea of whether any. It is the difference between the real and healthy, by definition.

What is the physical well-being?

• physical well-being is a combination of good physical, mental and emotional health. It is the result of the combination of all the components separately in other types of well-being.
• Just adapt physically or emotionally or mentally not enough.
• physical well-being is to be the ultimate form of welfare achieved in all departments of human health as well. It is the bigger picture of wellness.

While it's impossible to write anything on the physical well-being, I think we all need to take note of these specific markers, so that we know when there is a red alert and that we can do to avoid them.

• unexplained headaches, sudden stab of pain, which disappears later.

These are just some of the many symptoms that you may see. A very interesting symptom includes the need to work a lot. It seems strange, but some people tend to drive two or three times a day. This seems normal, but sometimes not really normal. Remember that there is something more than harmful.
